We do not release any customer information to outside independent telemarketing or direct mail marketing firms. Customer information is shared only when applicable law or legal authority requires that such information be disclosed.

Use of “Cookies”
Financial information and transactions are not performed here at any of TSN sites for any reason at any time. You will need to make financial arrangements with the individual or business you wish to make a purchase, normally by paying with a check, cash, credit card, or through any 3rd party payment processor like Pay Pal, which is a safe Internet based transaction for both parties. TSN takes care to reinforce the importance of our web site visitors’ and members security and privacy among employees.
Social Media and Capital
TSN has 100% underwritten the entire cost of construction, maintenance, development and improvements, and we never ask for any money from any individual or business for our services, as it is 100% Free. The Savers Network does use a Social Media company as one way of generating revenue to cover the monthly expenses. You may also join in with our social media company of choice, to help support yourself, your company, TSN, as well as your local businesses and community.
TSN also uses this online social media company for sharing information, upcoming events, interests, facts, photos, stories and videos with other locals. The purpose of this site is to get the word out about what your local community does, as well as your surrounding communities, and to post notifications about upcoming events. The social media platform we use as one of our funding sources is an interactive community, and therefore you are required to be moral, reasonable, sensible and to keep all your postings and content in good taste to help and encourage others.
By using this social media company, we are able to support TSN and other communities throughout the world, and you will need to read, agree, and follow their separate Terms and Conditions on their site, as TSN has no control over any outside, 3rd Party web sites. TSN and/or its respective suppliers make no representations about the suitability of the information contained in the documents and related graphics published in this web site for any purpose. All such documents and related graphics, templates and electronic communications are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. TSN and/or its suppliers hereby disclaim all warranties and conditions with regard to this information, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.
In no event shall TSN and/or its suppliers be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortuous action, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of information available from this website, and whether or not TSN has been previously advise of the possibility of such damage.
USE COMMON SENSE IN ALL YOUR ONLINE ACTIVITIES
Even the best policy can’t protect your online privacy and security in all circumstances. Unscrupulous advertisers, hackers, and scam artists are constantly searching the Internet looking for new targets. Your best protection is to understand the limits to privacy on the Internet and use common sense in all of your on-line activities.
Be aware that e-mail is an inherently insecure form of communication. Remember that third parties are sometimes able to illegally intercept your unencrypted messages. Anytime you visit a chat room or post a message to an on-line bulletin board or forum, your e-mail address can be accessed by advertisers looking to compile lists for unsolicited commercial e-mail (UCE - also known as spam). Be sure that you only disclose your e-mail address in circumstances in which it is safe to do so.
Eligibility and Registration
As part of the registration process, you will be asked to select a username and password and you will be responsible for all activities occurring under your username and for keeping your password secure. TSN may refuse to grant you a username that impersonates someone else, is or may be protected by trademark or proprietary rights law, or is vulgar, offensive or otherwise inappropriate, as determined by us in our sole discretion. You are solely responsible for any and all uses of your username, password, and account.
To make your first post, you will need to join the social media company we promote in the members back office. To support your local community and TSN, simply get the link from the bottom of the page that brought you to TSN the first time, to work with them personally. TSN has chosen this particular Social Media company because everyone can generate revenue, which we can share the wealth to help all local businesses, charities and fund raising organizations.
Appropriate Conduct and Content
By acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, you agree that any information you provide about yourself or your business is accurate and complete information at the time provided. In particular, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older.
In addition, you agree to update any information provided to any TSN web site directory to keep it accurate and complete. You may not use any of TSN sites for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content, including laws regulating the export of data. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, photos, links and other content (“Materials”) that you submit, post, list, link, and display on TSN web sites.
TSN participates in several referral programs such as our Social Media Platform that generates revenue for the continued support of our site, to local communities, local businesses, and individuals through out the world. Through these other outside 3rd party programs, TSN, its vendors and other web site visitors have the opportunity to purchase products and services at their own desecration.
When such purchases are made, the user becomes a customer of the company providing the product and is then subject to the policies of that company, as TSN does not collect personally identifiable information about users in these transactions.
TSN retains third party vendors to provide specific services. When the user signs up for these services, you will be required to provide what ever contact information is required, as TSN does not play middle man with sharing information, as you will need to share all needed information for these outside services.
Our Site contains links to other web sites. Please note that when you click on one of these links, you are entering another web site for which TSN has no responsibility or control. We encourage you to read the privacy statements on all such sites as their policies may be different than ours.
Very seldom does TSN send out an email, unless you are on one of our newsletters. You may opt-out of receiving communications from TSN by sending a message from the Contact Us page, or simply by calling our phone number during normal business hours, and provide us with your complete name, address, phone number and email address that you have on file with TSN. We will check our records and delete your email address in the newsletters, if that is what you are requesting. If you never want to hear from TSN again, then we will go through our entire data base, and delete any account, stores and listings as well, to ensure that you will never receive another message from TSN.
